What services provide from the Laligurans Community Development and Training Institute Nepal?
Laligurans Community Development and Training Institute, Nepal, coordinates with field-based cooperatives, user groups, women, youth groups, local-level government, province-level government, federal government and NGO/INGOs and donor communities for the budget, plan and resource managing in the organization and implementation of various projects and programmes, research and development, problems identification and solving at the local level through resource mobilization and partnership of local communities, NGOs, INGOs, three tiers of the government and bilateral and multilateral organizations. LCDTI provides:
1. Capacity building through facilitation and skill transfers ( Training)
2. Research and Development activities ( Research)
3. Consultancy services ( Consultancy)
4. Implementation of development projects and programmes ( Project Development & implementation)
5. Advocacy for policy development and policy improvement in the communities, cooperatives, three tiers of governments and institutional level. ( Advocacy)

What types of training charge other facilities you have managed?
All charges are calculated in Nepalese currency
Add TDS 1.5% on facilitation and report writing fee
Add 10% of the total cost (Administrative and management contributions) for the organization's sustaining
Note:
a) USD 1=135 NPR and the rate calculation for FY 2025/2026 A.D.
b) Mode of payment: • 50% of the total amount should be paid before the commencement of the training • 50% amount after the completion and submission of report of the training

- Co-facilitator's fee per Person per day=7000
- Facilitators' lodging per Person per day=1500
- Participants' Lodge per Person per day=1500
- Participants' Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Snacks, high tea + Mineral water per Person per day=1500
- Stationery for training Facilitation per Day=500
- Teaching materials for Participants per Person=1000
- Stationery and Bag for Participants per Person=2000
- Transportation cost for participants per Person per event=3000
- Medical costs per Person per event =500
- Training hall rent per day=3000
- Training banners per event= 1000
- Transportation cost for field observation per event= 50000
- Projector rent per day =1000
- Training Communication cost per event= 5000
- Training report writing fee per event=10000
- Report printing per event= 3000
Add TDS 1.5% on facilitation and report writing fee

Laligurans Community Development and Training Institute, Nepal has 61 members with a combination of Professional and Associate team members. It has 16 professionals and 45 Associate members. Professionals and associate members have 5-20 years of working experience in their professions. Professionals and Associates are grouped into 9 departments and act as department heads and resource persons.
