Pampha is the leading figure in the women and tourism business in Pokhara. She is also leading beautician business including hotel management, environment and ecology conservation sector in Pokhara, Nepal. Her involvement is in Gender and Social Inclusion (GESI) including control of women violence sector.

Laxmi Sharma has 10 years of experience in managing admin finance and entrepreneurial developments in the micro-enterprise development sectors under the UNDP project.

Madhav Prasad Baral has experience in long government jobs and has strong knowledge of policy related to natural resource management rural development and land management policy. He recently published a book of Bhumi-Chintan ( Land management issues) of Nepal. He advocates the thought of people and our long-term practice of culture, politics, religion and philosophy. His contribution is mainly guiding people and society including development.
